Protect the Paluxy Valley, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) values your support and strives to be transparent regarding refunds, cancellations, and donations.

1. Donations

All donations made to Protect the Paluxy Valley, Inc. are voluntary and generally non-refundable.

However, we may issue a refund in limited circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate transactions

  • Incorrect donation amounts

  • Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)

To request a donation refund, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

2. Event Tickets

A. General Policy

All event ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except as outlined below.

B. Event Cancellation

If an event is canceled by us, you are entitled to:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to transfer your ticket to a future event (if available)

C. Event Postponement or Rescheduling

If an event is postponed or rescheduled:

  • Your ticket will remain valid for the new date

  • If you cannot attend, you may request a refund within 7 days of the announcement

D. No-Shows

Failure to attend an event (no-show) does not qualify for a refund.

E. Transfer of Tickets

Tickets may be transferable unless otherwise stated for a specific event. Please contact us for assistance.

3. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through third-party providers such as Stripe.

We do not store your payment card information. Refunds, when issued, will be processed back to the original payment method.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us directly at info@protectpaluxy.com.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and could impact your ability to participate in future events.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy at our sole discretion in special circumstances.
